Engineering Management I Studio
Share challenges and best practices with a small group of EM’s in a live, facilitated weekly session.
WHO THIS IS FOR
- Currently employed as a full-time people manager at a software product company (not an agency).
- 1+ years of experience as an EM.
- Primarily manages ICs.
- Manages a single team. (Managers of multiple teams should join the Engineering Management II Studio)
TIME COMMITMENT
- 5 weekly 90 minute sessions
- < 1 hr of prep work before Week 1
- No homework
